There are various games inspired by the classic Tower of Defense, in which you have to build a series of defensive structures, along a road, to stop your opponent getting to your base. But what if you switch roles? The result is Anomaly: Warzone Earth.

Anomaly: Warzone Earth is the result of a mix of action and strategy games, taking place in a Tower of Defense, in which for once you are the bad guy who invades the forts of your enemy. Set in a future not too far away, you have to complete your mission to save Earth from an alien invasion. The invaders have taken over the main cities of the world, and have built towers to defend them. As the main responsible person in Anomaly: Warzone Earth you have to direct your armoured column through the streets of cities like Bagdad or Tokyo.

Carefully plan your route, look for the best place and strategically select the units to be sent in on each occasion. And as commander you have to take advantage of your team's special skills to defeat your enemy. The game combines a campaign mode with two exciting action modes, in which you have to send in your assault troops. All of this surrounded by incredible visual effects and ambient sounds.
